By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You strictly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.

3. Data Responsibility (Local Storage)

Important: Listumi is a "local-first" application. This means all your data (shopping lists, preferences, products) is stored exclusively on your device.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not store a backup of your data on our servers.
• If you uninstall the App or clear the App's data from your device settings, your data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
• You are solely responsible for backing up your device data.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, code, graphics, and user interface, are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Listumi" name and logo are trademarks of the Service Provider.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Play Services). You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Service Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
